Focus on the Family Demands to See Your Marriage License

Remember back in April when Focus on the Family was reaching out to progressive Christians in an attempt to finesse their bad reputation? Probably not -- either that or you probably don't believe them --- but here is their latest attack on marriage and gay families:

Focus on the Family produced this ridiculous video in which a police officer demands to see the marriage license of a motorist to see if he is sufficiently evolved on the subject of marriage. Focus on the Family is concerned that real people with real lives and real dreams are finding themselves challenged occasionally when dealing with the apparently fake lives and fake dreams of fake gay people.

This is a good video to reflect on if you hear anyone gush about Focus' outreach efforts with progressive Christians and Christian groups.
